Booking policies
- 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your dates — your booking isn't confirmed until it's received. Holiday deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future booking if you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice. The rest is due after your last visit.
- Holiday bookings: a $15 fee applies once per booking that includes a U.S. federal holiday or its observed date — added automatically to your estimate.
- Military & veterans: 5% off for veterans and active duty service members — just text a photo of your military ID, VA card or DD-214 before your booking is confirmed. Thank you for your service!
- Cancellations: 48 hours' notice or less requires payment of 100% of the booking cost. Earlier changes are always worked out together.
- Free meet & greet: before any overnight or extended stay, I love to meet you and your pets first — free of charge.
- Before your visit: please have feeding and medication instructions, supplies, home access details, and your veterinarian and emergency contact info ready.
- Staying in touch: you'll get updates and photos on every visit, and I'll always let you know right away about anything unusual — with your vet's info on file, your pet is covered.
